Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. As per the Food Standards Australia Website, once a perishable product has left our control, we have no liability over the quality of the product since meat is a perishable product, significant changes in temperature can lead to a significant decrease in product quality therefore we ask that you carefully choose your meat products.

Online Purchases ;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. By which then you must contact us directly at A1QualityButcher@Gmail.com or come by the store explaining your reason for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your refund claim is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days, refund times may vary depending on each bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

If the refund still isn’t received, Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed and sent to the recipient.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an 

email at A1QualityButcher@Gmail.Com and we may ask you to bring your item in-store to exchange it.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
